Your satisfaction matters to us. Premium cigars are perishable goods, and to protect product integrity, we follow the industry-standard guidelines below.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of premium cigars, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any cigar products once they have shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at support@marcelcigars.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • Description of the issue

We will replace or credit the affected items.

Delivery Issues

If an order is delayed, lost, or returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.

Orders returned due to failed adult signature requirements are not eligible for refund.

Quality Concerns

All cigars are shipped with humidity protection. If you believe your cigars arrived dried out, please email us within 48 hours with photos. We will evaluate and determine an appropriate solution.
