Age Verification

Marcel Cigars sells premium cigars only to adults 21 years of age or older. All customers must verify their age at checkout. Some orders may require an adult signature upon delivery.

Where We Ship

We currently ship cigars to the following states: Florida, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, Tennessee, Georgia, South Carolina, Texas, Arizona. Additional states will be added as PACT Act registrations are completed.

Shipping Methods

  • USPS Priority Mail
  • UPS Ground (Tobacco Shipper Account)

All orders include tracking. Shipments are clearly marked as containing tobacco.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Flat rate: $6.95
Free shipping for orders $80+ (after discounts)

Humidified Packaging

All cigars are shipped in temperature-safe, sealed humidity-controlled packaging with a humidity pack.

Taxes

Applicable state cigar excise taxes will be collected and remitted based on the destination state requirements.

PACT Act Compliance

All shipments are reported monthly to state tobacco authorities as required by federal law. Customer name, address, product quantity, and shipment details may be included in compliance reporting.
